Shipping policy

Orders placed before 2PM eastern time usually ship out the same or next business day.

To better serve our customers we offer multiple shipping options from ground shipping, free economy shipping (orders over $75.00) postal service small parcel delivery services.

Free Shipping
Orders being delivered across Canada to any province will have the option to select free shipping when the shopping cart is valued at $75.00 or more. Please note that this service can take up 10 working days for delivery and may not ship out right away. PO Box addresses can be assessed a shipping fee if it causes an added expense to the shipment.

Primary Carriers
Most orders will ship via Canada Post, UPS or FedEx. We do from time to time use alternate carriers or shipping methods for faster delivery or if there is a logistical reason.

Selecting a Carrier
We encourage customers to select the service level and shipping company of their choice. In some very rare occasions we may select another carrier who can deliver faster for the same rate or for other logistical reasons.

UPS Expedited - 2 working days
UPS Express Saver - 1 working day

FedEx Economy - 2 to 5 working days
FedEx 2day - 2 working days
FedEx Priority & Overnight - 1 working day
